The Board sent a letter home to all parents on 10 January 2007 regarding the current discussions on the redevelopment of the Madras Estate. It stated, amongst other things, that
"the Board is grateful for the strong support voiced by parents in recent weeks and so hopes to continue its campaign, with vigour, to help deliver a lasting solution to the learning environment at Madras."
